Web Support Analyst –to £20k – Milton Keynes
Web Support Analyst is required by a software house based in Milton Keynes. Candidates can expect a salary of up to £20,000.

Duties
- Record Support Queries in the Support System
- Logging of Product and Development issues
- Deal with ad-hoc internal requests (e.g. requests to create sites.)
- Identify and escalate cases to 3rd line when resolution requires further
- Ensure that clients are kept up to date on the progress of their support cases
---------------------------------------
Key Skills
- Excellent communication skills using e-mail and telephone
- Knowledge of XSLT, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML
- Client Facing
- Ability to prioritise work
- Good time management skills
- A good problem solver with the ability to think analytically
- Knowledge of Silverlight would be advantageous
