This is a superb opportunity to join an innovative, successful and well respected organisation which offers excellent prospects. --- Experience Required --- - Previous Recruitment Consultancy experience - Proven account management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience of IT Recruitment, Financial Recruitment or Marketing Recruitment is desirable The successful candidate is likely to be locally based and looking for a role which will enable them to develop their career. The focus on the role is on providing excellent service to our customers and as such cold calling experience is not a pre-requisite for the position. You will be given the opportunity to focus on IT Recruitment, Accountancy Recruitment or Marketing Recruitment and will be supported by an experienced team of Consultants. Salary – Basic to £18,000 plus commission (realistic OTE in year 1 is £35,000 and £45,000 in year 2).
