Duties 
- Manage development projects from minor enhancement to existing systems to new developments of major functionality from requirements gathering to testing and release. 
- Generate and maintain documentation on internal systems and projects including technical specifications and end user guides. 
- Keep the business aware of new applications and developments and upgrades to current applications and plugins that may benefit the business or our customers. 
- Manage and liaise with our hosting support team to maintain and manage projects and systems. 
- Analyse every day business requests and find solutions for improvements or automation of systems and processes. 
- Compile and manage projects and work packages to enhance and improve existing developments.
