A Network Administrator / IT Support Engineer with strong knowledge of Exchange 2010, Cisco and ideally some knowledge of SharePoint is required by our client based in the Docklands / East London. A salary of up to £32,000 + Benefits is offered.

In this varied role, the successful candidate will have strong IT Support / Network Support experience (ideally in an IT services company) and will join a leading engineering firm which offers excellent prospects. Duties Include:
- Consistently provide efficient and practical technical support / implementation for all users of the IT infrastructure.
- Provide effective onsite IT skills to resolve all technical support issues (hardware and software).
- Adhere to all predetermined Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and ensure all issues are resolve within specified timeframes.
- Ensure all network analysis and updates are undertaken outside of normal business hours, minimizing use of the line during core operating hours.
- Maintain the server files and back-up systems in such a way so as to enhance the security and retrieval of files as required.
