Marketing Director SEO / SEM- Leeds, Yorkshire to £55k 
Marketing Director with a strong brand management background and knowledge of digital marketing and ecommerce is required by an expanding leisure company based in Leeds. Candidates can expect a salary of up to £55,000.

--The role--- 
- Strategic marketing planning, multi-agency management, integrated campaign planning and media planning. 
- Customer insight and translating it into communication plans and products needs 
- You will be responsible for branding which will include entire re-brand and brand building projects 
- Lead, manage, motivate and develop the marketing and e-commerce team 
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets. 
- Responsible for the development of new and existing markets.

- Demonstrable track record of achieving significant results across all channels 
- An in-depth knowledge of email marketing and retention strategies 
- A strong understanding of traffic acquisition channels: SEM as well as a good knowledge of Social Media. 
- An in-depth knowledge of email marketing and retention strategies 
- You will also be a natural creative. 
- A commercial and innovative thinker with the customer at heart. 
- Commercially astute with a solid understanding of e-commerce
