You will be responsible for implementing the company’s marketing plan in order to maximise ROI and continually develop brand equity. This excellent role will be to improve the effectiveness of the marketing, creating both online and offline marketing campaigns. ----------------------------------------- --- Duties and Responsibilities --- Analysing the market, including marketing strategy and execution Research and development, including conducting market research and analysing findings Lead all marketing customer communications including website, email, PPC and SEO Developing and managing marketing plan to include a wide range of the marketing mix Research and evaluate new opportunities ----------------------------------------- -- Skills / Attributes Required -- - Proven experience at a senior marketing manager / marketing director level - Educated to degree level in Marketing - Proven track record of delivering measurable results - Commercial awareness - Imaginative / customer orientated - Experience of marketing manufacturing products desirable ----------------------------------------- The Marketing Director will have a track record in striving for better market share and an increase in sales. You must show the ability to work within a team environment and display the necessary flexibility that is essential to a medium sized company. You’d ideally have experience of marketing to retail organisations.
