We have three specialist divisions which recruit for IT, Accountancy & Finance and Marketing professionals. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Marketing Assistant - Legal Sector - Manchester - Ł25k (Marketing Assistant Jobs in Manchester) Location: Manchester, Central Manchester Type: Permanent Reference: RR - 4243 Salary: to Ł25,000 + Benefits Marketing Assistant – Legal £25k – Manchester Marketing Assistant is required for an expanding law firm based in Manchester . Candidates can expect a salary of up to £25,000. Duties - To support the Business Development Consultant on the development and implementation of Departmental business development plans. In particular this will include researching target sectors; researching target clients; drafting and managing the production of suitable collateral; and maintaining momentum of plans by arranging meetings between the Consultant and Departments. - To manage the database of clients, contacts and targets from a marketing perspective – including inputting targets and ensuring the database remains clean. - To support the Business Development Consultant in the drafting of the quarterly Firmwide newsletter, and the editing of individual Departmental newsletters. - To devise any press adverts in-keeping with the brand, liaising with the external designer and the publications. - To support the Business Development Consultant in media relations, managing the forward features calendar, drafting press releases and comments. - To support the Business Development Consultant and Executive Partner as required. Key skills - Ability to draft different styles of documents for different audiences. - Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively. - A team player. - Marketing experience in a service industry – and a desire and ability to learn quickly Experience of working with in a law firm would be advantageous, Junior or Graduate candidates with experience within professional services may be considered.
