Java Developer – Senior/JUnit/Agile - Reading - £400 daily 
A Java Developer with experience building developing architecture using the Agile framework is required by our financial client based in Reading, Berkshire for a 3 to 6 month contact. A contract rate of £300 to £400 daily is available. 
The Java Developer will be responsible for leading the development and building a new server platform with a Webservices interface. 
The Java Developer must have good understanding of the Agile methodologies for development and testing purposes, as well as strength in Hibernate and JUnit. You must have solid understanding of Git or similar OpenSource version control products such as Subversion (SVN) or CVS.

- Java Development with Webservices 
- Strong Hibernate and JUnit skills 
- Git (or similar OpenSource version control such as SVN or CVS) 
- Strong Object Oriented Design patterns 
- Ability to lead development architecture projects

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Java Programmer or Senior Java Developer to join a growing organisation in need of direction and support. This contract vacancy is for an initial 3 to 6 months, but could lead to a permanent position.
