A salary of up to £32,000 + Benefits is offered. The ideal candidate will have previous client facing installation experience with Software such as Remedy, Infra or Ionix or similar and will have an excellent understanding of ITIL. This role will be responsible for client facing installations and gathering of information and customer requirements. --- Key skills --- - Strong Service Management Software experience - Business analysis - Defining client requirements, - Configuring software - User acceptance testing - Knowledge of the ITIL methodology The role requires a team player with strong attention to detail, strong organisational & logical thinking skills combined with the ability to work on limited supervision. Strong client facing skills are essential as is an analytical approach and strong knowledge of MS Excel.
