IT Support Engineer – MCSE / MCITP - Hereford - £27k
An IT Support Engineer with strong Windows Server and Exchange support experience is required by our client based near Hereford, Herefordshire. A salary of up to £27,000 basic is available dependent upon experience.

The IT Support Engineer with take responsibility for client support across a wide range of Windows infrastructure. Applicants should have strong knowledge of installation and support of Windows Server 2003 and 2008 as well as good knowledge of Exchange 2003 and 2007 and solid networking.

The IT Support Engineer will support server and desktop infrastructure and will be required to travel onsite locally to clients and provide 2nd and 3rd line support. Experience in a client facing environment is highly desirable. Strong technical skills are essential as well as any certification covering MCSE or MCITP in Windows 2003 or 2008.

The IT Support Engineer will mentor and support the 1st and 2nd Line support analysts. You will work alongside and support a small team of technical staff and take ownership and responsibility for clients.
