IT Support Engineer - Dudley / West Midlands- £22k 
An IT Support Engineer, with knowledge of Windows networks, Exchange and SQL and an understanding of programming, is required by an expanding business based near Dudley. A salary of up to £22,000 is offered for the role.

--- THE ROLE --- 
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who will have the following: 
- A degree in an IT or related subject 
- Experience of providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support 
- Knowledge of Windows Networks, MS Office and experience of supporting LANs, WANs, VLANs and VPNs 
- An understanding of the programming life cycle

--- DUTIES --- 
- Provide second line support to all users across 4 sites including mobile personnel 
- Liaise with the IT Manager on development of systems, timescales, priorities and current projects 
- Aid the development of the systems throughout the company 
- Attend technical/system user groups
