IT Support Analyst to £23k – Milton Keynes
An IT Support Analyst is required by an expanding company based in Milton Keynes , Buckinghamshire. Candidates can expect a salary of up to £23,000.

--- Duties ---
- Perform administration duties on Windows 2003 AD domain, servers and Microsoft Terminal servers
- Evaluate, test, and deploy all software and hardware upgrades to the server infrastructure
- Proactive monitoring of all servers and applications to ensure high availability and SLA’s
-   Perform regular checks on system backups and recoveries
- Assist in developing, implementing, testing and maintaining server level disaster recovery plans
- Interface with vendors for procurement & maintenance of all IT infrastructures
- Manage & troubleshoot networks, internet/WAN connectivity throughout the organization
- Work closely with the IT team to provide end-user support and issue resolution
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging server tools and technologies
- Research, evaluate and recommend system technologies to support business requirements
- Create and maintain documentation for all processes and procedures for compliance

Key skills
-Networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Knowledge of Windows Server (2003 and ideally 2008)
- Knowledge of Exchange Server
- MCP Desirable
