Infrastructure Support Analyst / IT Support Analyst with knowledge of 2nd line support in a Windows 2003, Active Directory environment required for this short term 8 week contract. Candidates should also experience of Server support, SQL databases, TCP/IP networking and ideally some experience of ITIL. Salary to £24,000 pro rata.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 3rd line support to all employees for any IT related problems, within a documented Service Level Agreement.
Candidates should have proven experience in a 2nd / 3rd line environment, as well as strong Windows 2003 Server / Active Directory knowledge. Candidates offering experience of ITIL, SQL, TCP/IP networking are highly desirable.
Rate: £20,000 - £24,000 Pro Rata
Duration: 8 - 12 Weeks
Location: Sheffield / South Yorkshire
