IT Service Desk Manager – ITIL – Oxford - £40k
An IT Service Desk Manager with strong knowledge of ITIL service management process is required by our client based in Oxford , Oxfordshire. A salary of up to £40,000 basic is available dependent upon experience.
You will take responsibility for a small multi-site team supporting hundreds of users across Europe on MS Operating Systems. You will be responsible for management of the IT team, resource planning and disaster recovery planning as well as diagnosing and resolving problems by carrying out third line support.
You will also be tasked with ensuring effective operations by planning, monitoring and reporting on the service delivered by the IT team and ensuring service level agreements are met.
You will be responsible for the compliance of Microsoft workstations and must have strong Windows XP and Windows 2003 skills as well as some knowledge of Windows 7. Experience working in an ITIL environment is highly desirable.
This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Service Desk Manager or IT Service Desk Team Leader to join a well established and exciting employer based in plush offices near Oxford , Oxfordshire. Driving license is essential.
Package: Up to £40k basic + bonus + BUPA + Pension + 25 days holiday
