IT Service Desk Analyst with experience of Windows Active Directory, and 1st Line IT Support required by our Client based in Malton near York . Candidates with German or Dutch language skills are also highly desirable (non essential). Salary to £20,000 + Benefits.
In this challenging role, the successful candidate will be the first level of contact for all ICT queries. Candidates should have some experience within 1st Line IT Support. Your main duties will include:
- Evaluate and determine the priority of each incident logged to ensure that Business Critical calls are dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Evaluate and escalate any VIP customer calls to the correct team.
- Support the implementation of the ICT strategy by evaluating, recommending and implementing key activities to deliver the strategy.
- Pro-actively communicate via email or verbally with the customer base to ensure that the customer is aware of the estimated fix time and any salient information relating to the incident.
This is an excellent role for an IT Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst with excellent customer service skills and ideally German / Dutch Language Skills (Not Essential), looking for a new IT role. The role also has excellent potential for career progression as well.
