An IT Service Delivery Manager is required to manage the delivery of all IT services to a number of business areas. Based near Coventry , this is a superb opportunity for a Senior Service Delivery Manager and a salary of up to £50,000 + Benefits is offered.

You will be responsible for managing a team of 9 service desk analysts and you will ideally be ITIL certified.

--- Experience Required ---
- Strong IT Service Delivery Management experience
- Experience of managing a team of Service Desk Analysts
- ITIL (Highly Desirable)
- Experience in pre & post sales logistics, ideally coupled with manufacturer returns / repairs knowledge
- Knowledge of the Logistics or Telecommunications sector would be desirable
- Knowledge of Red Prairie WMS would be a distinct advantage
