IT Manager to £45k – Barking, Essex 
IT Manager is required by an expanding company based in Barking, Essex. Candidates can expect a salary of up to £45,000.

Duties 
- Control all aspects of the daily operation of all computer and communications equipment to satisfy the requirements of the company. 
- Reporting and controlling development of software applications in accordance with decisions made by the computer development committee of the Chief Executive. 
- Allocation of resources to complete development projects within timescales allotted. 
- Prioritising and allocation of resources to provide maintenance support for users of existing software applications. 
- Ensuring adequate backup procedures are in operation to protect and secure company data. 
- Liaise with suppliers for the purchase and maintenance of computer and communications hardware and bespoke software where applicable. 
- Relevant IT experience which will include a strong knowledge of Desktop applications (Microsoft Technologies), Networking (LAN/WAN). 
- Experience in IT infrastructure planning and development. 
- Experience of managing budgets 
- Strong team leading skills including previous IT management experience.
