The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of two and you must have strong technical skills as the role is very much hands on. --- Experience Required --- - Strong IT Helpdesk experience - Previous experience of leading small teams - Experience of Windows and Microsoft Office The role would potentially suit a Senior Helpdesk Analyst with some team leading experience who is seeking a new challenge or an experienced Helpdesk Team Leader who enjoys remaining technically biased.
