Salary to £26,000 + Benefits. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Technically, candidates will have proven IT Helpdesk Support experience, ideally within an ITIL environment, and have been responsible for 1st and 2nd Line IT Support. Assisting the IT Manager, the IT Helpdesk Support Analyst will be supporting a user base of 40, the successful candidate will answer hardware, software and network queries, providing desktop support to employees and Stakeholders associated with the organisation.
