IT Director / Head of Business Systems - Maidstone - £70,000 + Benefits

A Senior Business Systems Manager or IT Director with strong experience leading technical development is required by our Maidstone based client in the Charity sector. The successful candidate is likely to have experience of managing large systems infrastructure as well as systems analysis and implementation and will receive a salary of up to £70,000 + benefits.

The Head of Business Systems will play a key part in managing and negotiating supplier contracts, coordinating new systems implementations, maintaining the systems infrastructure, developing and encouraging improvement within the IT team as well as taking responsibility for an annual budget of up to £500k. Our client requires a Senior Manager who is willing to get involved technically as and when required.

The successful candidate will be an IT generalist with experience working in an large organisation managing both support and development staff within a Microsoft environment. Experience setting Service Level Agreements within the IT department is essential. Experience working on large scale Disaster Recovery programmes as well as ERP systems implementation is of specific interest.

Senior IT Management and Budgetary experience

Strong third party software contract negotiation

Strong experience setting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Willingness to remain "hands on" technically at Head of Department

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Business Systems Manager or IT Director with skills to work for a successful and growing charitable organisation based near Maidstone , Kent .

Previous experience working in the Employment Industry or Public Sector contract experience is highly beneficial.

Salary from £60k to £70k dependent upon experience, plus benefits.
