IT Desktop Support Analyst with experience of troubleshooting Windows 2003, Exchange 2003 Servers, TCP/IP Networking issues, Blackberry’s, Cisco Telephony and SQL Server. Salary to £25k

The successful candidate will be assisting the IT Manager working for this well established organisation, providing internal IT Support / Desktop Support throughout the Company. Your main responsibilities will include:

- To ensure the provision of all key IT and Communication services to the company and dealing with any problems with the system.

- To source any new or replacement equipment required by the company and to maintain levels of IT and Communication consumable

- To ensure the effective running of the network including the loading of all updates, the performance of all routine maintenance including back ups and the regular monitoring of key indicators of performance and security.

- Managing the website with the aid of the IT Manager and Company Director

This is an ideal role for a friendly and enthusiastic IT Desktop Support Analyst with a varied knowledge base looking for a challenging and rewarding IT Support role within this highly successful company.
