We have three specialist divisions which recruit for IT, Accountancy & Finance and Marketing professionals. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ International Marketing Manager - Surrey / London - Ł45k Location: Sutton, Surrey, South London Type: Permanent Salary: to Ł45,000 International Marketing Manager – Interim Location – Sutton, Surrey Contract Length – 6 Months (poss. 9 months) Salary – to £45k (Pro Rata) -------------------------------------- Marketing Manager with strong International Marketing skills is required for a maternity cover of 6 months based in Sutton, Surrey . Candidates can expect a pro rata salary of up to £45,000. --- Duties --- - Manage and build upon 2009 and 2010 international sales and marketing plans in collaboration with our International Offices and Agents. - Manage a direct marketing manager and a sales and bookings team - Manage and develop marketing database growth to include decision-makers, past delegates and enquirers as well as new organisation types, sectors and key contacts globally - Oversee the development of marketing and lead generation activities, including the training elements of our website, sales support materials, PR, advertising and events - Support sales teams internationally, including defining and monitoring targets, providing guidance on how to increase enquiries and conversion and overseeing their activities, in conjunction with Country Managers and Regional Directors - Manage relationships and contracts with Agents working internationally - Manage transition to web-based bookings management system & training site upgrade This role sits within Sales and Marketing, which deals with everything from high level communications and marketing strategies including CRM strategies spanning all the organisations training products.
