German IT Support Technician – High Wycombe – £12 per hour

An IT Helpdesk Support Technician with fluent German and English is required by our client based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. An hourly rate of £12 per hour is offered for a 9 month contract.

The IT Helpdesk Support Technician will support users on Windows Operating Systems, resetting passwords, troubleshooting faults on MS Office and Outlook.

- Previously 1st Line Support or Customer Services experience

- Windows Desktop XP / MS Office experience

- Experience setting passwords and managing user accessibility

- Troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Outlook / Exchange Administration

Experience working in a multi-lingual Helpdesk environment is highly desirable. This is an excellent role for a German Customer Service or German Helpdesk Support Technician with good IT support experience.

Rate - £12 per hour.
