Salary to £25,000 + Benefits. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and proven 1st line desktop support experience in a Windows environment. You will have experience of: - Software installation - Networks & switches - Operating systems - MS Outlook - MS Active Directory (Desirable) - MS Exchange server (Desirable) - Any Enterprise Antivirus solution (Desirable) - SQL server (Desirable) Your main duties will include: - Assisting staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines. - Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software. - Interact with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client server environment. - Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated file servers, email servers, phone systems, application servers, and administrative systems. - Assists in maintaining software licenses, maintenance agreements and documentation This role would be ideally suited to a graduate with some IT Support experience looking to establish themselves in a Desktop Support role within this well respected advertising agency based near Fulham.
