IT Desktop Support Analyst - Leeds - £20k 
An experienced IT Desktop Support Analyst, who experience of both 1st and 2nd line support, is required by an UK business. A salary of up to £20k is offered with an immediate start.

--- THE ROLE --- 
This is a fantastic opportunity for a desktop support analyst who will have the following: 
- Experience of Helpdesk Operations 
- Experience in PC build/repair. 
- Working experience of MS Windows (XP/Windows 7). 
- Working experience of MS Office (2003/2007/2010) products. 
- Understanding of LAN/WAN networking technology. 
- Good understanding of MS Active Directory concepts 
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. 
- The ability to define & resolve problems. 
- The ability to work as a member of a team.

--- DUTIES --- 
- To provide 1st / 2nd second line technical expertise on all aspects of business personal computing, including all hardware, software and peripherals 
- To maintain, update and document existing standards and provide all contracted third-party companies with regularly updated material 
- To evaluate, recommend, gain approval and implement new technologies and solutions 
- To work with internal teams and contacted third-party companies in order to deliver satisfactory personal computing solutions and support 
- To liaise with the network team on all aspects of networked personal computing implementation and support
