Business Systems Manager with Prince2, MS Dynamics CRM, AND MS Project required by our Client based near Waterloo , Central London . Salary to £50,000 + Excellent Benefits.
This is an ideal role for a CRM Business Systems specialist or a candidate with particularly strong MS Dynamics CRM knowledge looking for a challenging role within this prestigious charitable organisation. The successful candidate will have the following skills:
  ----------------------------------------------------------------------

- Qualifications in Prince2 or other project management techniques, and the ability to work within a systematic framework an advantage
- Experience of using Microsoft Project and office applications
- Experience of change management, business and systems analysis
- Knowledge of CRM systems, with an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft CRM 4.0 a plus.
- Microsoft CRM related certification a distinct advantage

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Identifying the business benefits and potential Return on Investment of new initiatives and potential developments within the CRM and other business systems. Identify and work with business managers to develop and expand efficiency savings and streamlined processes.
- Maintain development and project plans throughout the year, and work with IT to resource development and maintain systems.
- Work with IT staff to provide first-line support of the CRM, and administer and manage users of the CRM on a daily basis, including setting permissions and managing end-user access.
- Work with external support companies to provide business critical support for the CRM within agreed SLAs.
