Application Support Manager – SQL - Croydon / Surrey - £30k

An Application Support Manager is required to manage a small team of support analysts and to support over 40 applications for customers throughout the UK . The role is based in Surrey and would suit an Application Support Consultant who is seeking to progress in to a management role. A salary of up to £30,000 is offered.

-- Experience Required –

- Previous Application Support experience.

- You will ideally have worked as an Application Consultant or Application Support Manager for a Software House.

- Some SQL skills are required

- Strong communication & customer facing skills

- A proven track record of resolving complex product / IT Support issues.

-- Duties --
- To provide first, second and third line technical support related to the SQL based Software Package.
- To regularly update clients on the progress of fault resolution.
- To answer all support queries in a polite and professional manner.
- To resolve product support issues within the timeframes established within the service level agreement.

Salary – to £28,000
